Clinch Cottage is a very spacious, immaculate, sunny and newly decorated apartment. It is a fully self contained, self catering cottage with a private open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and a patio with braai facilities. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and TV/ DSTV.
The cottage sleeps max. 6 people in 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with bath,basin and toilet and can accomodate up to 3 people on a kingsize bed plus single (or 3 x single beds). The second bedroom has the same accomodation and is serviced by a shower, basin and toilet.
Clinch Cottage is a few minutes drive from the Durban city centre, swimming beaches and the coastal resort of Umhlanga Rocks. With its ideal climate and safe swimming beaches, it has been a preferred holiday destination for people visiting KwaZulu-Natal, drawing visitors both locally and from overseas. The deep warm waters off the Sunshine coast are a magnet for scuba divers and snorkellers alike, where they will find the marine equivalent of the Big 5.
For those less inclined to go to those depths, there’s endless opportunities for golfing, micro-liting, windsurfing, paddle skiing, para sailing, wave surfing, body boarding, tennis, beach fishing or lazing .Guests have easy access to UShaka Marine World, the International Convention Centre, Soccer & Rugby stadiums and major shopping centres. Also nearby are no less than seven stunning golf courses!
