Mopani Country Lodge is situated in lush garden like surroundings approximately 12km from Phalaborwa, one of the main entrances to the world renowned Kruger National Park and gateway to Mozambique and the warm tropical waters of the Indian Ocean. Phalaborwa is also known as the town with two summers and the climate is hot in summer but very pleasant in winter. The airport is only 10 minutes away and transfers can be arranged on request.

We boast 26 luxury and beautifully appointed chalets dotted amongst the trees on the property. All chalets consist of a lounge and kitchen combination with a separate bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The exit from the lounge leads to a private stoep to relax on. (smoking is permitted on the stoep)They are equipped for up to 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 14 sharing per chalet.

Conferences: We offer three fully equipped conference rooms. They differ in size and this enable us to cater for a variety of conferences, from small events to bigger conferences of up to 300 delegates. Mopani Country Lodge is an ideal venue for these events, away from the city life into the tranquil surroundings of the Bushveld.
