Five Acres is set in a large shady garden with big trees, rolling lawns and all cottages are out in the garden with private entrances and secure parking. Enjoy the birdlife in the garden or cool off in the pool. Only 1 km off the N12.
All our units are separate from the main house and situated in the shady garden. All specifically decorated to relax our guests and provide them with home comforts, some rooms are wheel-chair friendly. Wide verandahs with comfortable chairs provide guests with the opportunity to enjoy the Northern Cape weather and the pretty garden.
Our single rooms have a bed, an armchair, table and chair, small fridge, en suite bathroom as well as tea/coffee making facilities.
The double rooms all have en suite bathrooms, doors onto the garden and verandah, chairs, sofa's, tea/coffee making facilities, fridges, some with double and some with twin beds. Two of the double rooms are self-catering with all the above as well as a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and relevant crockery and cutlery.
The Family unit has a double bed and two single beds,a full en suite bathroom, a lounge area and a dining table with chairs. A fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, cutlery, crockery and a tea/coffee tray. There is also a sliding door into the garden with a private barbeque in the garden with table and chairs for outside dining.
All rooms air conditioned in summer and heated and electric blankets in winter. All rooms have their own entrances and parking right outside the units means easy unpacking of vehicles. Full English breakfasts served in our dining room.
Airport transfers arranged and small pets allowed (under supervision).
