Villa MiraMare is situated in Hout Bay which can be described as one of the most beautiful, exclusive popular place on the Cape Peninsula. Hout Bay attracts many local and international tourists as it is a central location, as top attractions can easily be reached. These include Chapman’s Peak drive, (voted as one of the most scenic route in the world) which is accessible within 5km, the ever so popular Cape Point within 25km, the City Center and V&A Waterfront in 20 minutes. Wine routes are only a 60min drive from Hout Bay which also offers a picturesque route towards Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek .

Villa MiraMare is a modern, up market, Italian style villa, that is nestled against the mountainside on the boarder of the forested nature reserve, situated in the prestigious security estate. The Villa is designed in such a way that the two double en-suite bedrooms are completely separate (living and entrance), however, still forming part of the main house. The swimming pool and breakfast area with breathtaking and panoramic views creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where you can escape from busy city life. As Cape Town is known to have four seasons within one day, a comfortable communal lounge is available, ensuring that you continuously enjoy your holiday.

Both the Tramonto and Alba  Room sleep  2 guests in 2x ¾ beds, which can made up as a King size bed. Their bathrooms are en-suite with shower and heated towel rails.  Both rooms feature a Mini-bar, Satellite TV, hairdryer, fan, built-in wardrobe and a  tea and coffee making facility. The Tramonto room is on the top floor, which includes a small balcony that overlooks the ocean, the famous Mount Sentinel and Hout Bay. The Alba Room is on the ground floor, which has direct access to the garden that overlooks the ocean, the famous Mount Sentinel and Hout Bay. 

Season and Prices:

High season: 1st October – 14th December and 16 January – 30th April: R 900 per room, per night sharing, or R 600 single rate (per room per night), including continental breakfast.

Peak Season 15th December – 15th January: R 1150 per room, per night sharing, or R 750 single rate (per room per night,) including continental breakfast.
